We currently are not accepting bespoke order requests or offering a custom design service due to high demand.

Orders within the UK are usually sent by first class recorded mail, which means that the parcel needs to be signed for. If you're not in when the postman calls, he will leave you a card giving details of re-delivery or the address of your local collection office.
Orders outside the UK are usually sent out via Royal Mail's Standard Airmail or International tracked/signed service, depending on the weight and value of the parcel. Parcels to Germany are usually sent by DPD.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please try garments on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons, just in case you need to return the items. PLEASE DO NOT SHINE THE LATEX UNTIL YOU HAVE DECIDED TO KEEP IT as we do not accept returns on items that have been polished.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in an unwashed and unpolished state. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item, you may choose to exchange goods or to have your payment refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items in the UK must be returned by recorded post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us.
If you are returning goods from outside the EU, please mark clearly on the customs declaration that the items are being returned to the manufacturer, so that customs charges are not incurred.
We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please be careful when trying on latex rubber items - we cannot accept responsibility for latex clothing which has been torn or snagged on jewellery or fingernails etc. - Latex is a very delicate material and we do not accept returns on torn rubber clothing. Please follow the guidelines on looking after your clothing correctly.
